Highlight end-of-line spaces and tabs and if enabled via the options allows you to remove them automatically upon saving. This is the Character Movement Component file from Epic's Unreal Engine 4 source code that contains many end-of-line whitespaces.
The options dialog allows you to modify the colors used to display both spaces and tabs and when set to true you can delete the extra whitespace upon saving.
Now the file has been completely cleaned of all end-of-line whitespaces.
