ResourceDictionary with CodeBehind

Windows 10 UWP has Compile time Binding (x:Bindg) needs CodeBehind. The limitation affect to ResourceDictionary. This extension provides ResourceDictionary with CodeBehind template.

The template simplify the these steps.

1.  Create UserControl.
2. Rename BaseClass to ResourceDictionary.

If you use x:Bind in ResourceDictionary, the extension very usful to you.
