Azure Test Health is an Azure DevOps extension that provides visibility into the health and reliability of your test suites. It aggregates test metrics from CloudTest and CloudBuild to help engineering teams identify flaky tests, track test pass rates, and monitor test health trends over time.
Features
Aggregated Test Metrics — View test pass, fail, and skip counts aggregated across CloudTest and CloudBuild data sources.
Trend Analysis — Track test health trends over configurable time periods to spot regressions early.
Flaky Test Detection — Identify unreliable tests that intermittently pass or fail, helping teams prioritize test maintenance.
Multi-Source Support — Automatically queries both CloudTest and CloudBuild Kusto clusters and merges results into a unified view.
Repository-Level Insights — Get test health data scoped to your repository and branch, with automatic configuration lookup.
