BootstrapFreindlyDynamicDataProjectTemplate

Microsoft announced Bootstrap integration for project templates at Build 2013 Day 2 Keynote (look about 15:00 index) I think that this is rather cool after some thought and a little learning I now have a Web Forms Dynamic Data base Project Template ready for use.

I will be adding more Bootstrapified filters and FieldTemplates as I go most of there are already available from NuGet but are not yet updated for Bootstrap 3.
