🚀 Getting Started
Install the Extension from the Visual Studio Marketplace into your Azure DevOps organization.
Open any work item in Azure Boards (User Story, Task, Bug, etc.).
Locate the Estimation Poker panel on the form.
Click a Fibonacci card to cast your vote and optionally add an inline comment.
Click Reveal to see grouped votes and discuss differences.
Select or enter the agreed estimate and click Save estimate.
Click Reset to start the next round.

No external servers, accounts, or subscriptions.
All data remains strictly within your Azure DevOps tenant.
Minimal permissions: requests only the vso.work scope needed to read/write work item estimate fields.
