Best-in-class Package Management platform

We do one thing, and we do it like no other!

MyGet offers public and private package repository hosting for various package types, including:

  • NuGet (also includes Chocolatey, PowerShellGet, or OctopusDeploy)
  • .NET Debugger Symbols
  • NPM
  • Bower
  • Maven
  • PHP Composer
  • Visual Studio Extensions

Create feeds with your own properietary packages and those from other package sources. If you already use a file share, or some sort of NuGet server and also need support for NPM, Bower and symbols, you may benefit from moving your packages to MyGet, allowing you to manage all your software artifacts in one place.

Protect and share your packages

MyGet supports both public and private feeds, and allows you to define granular access control to your feeds to anyone, whether internal or external to your organization! Restrict access to open source components or control licenses from packages in use. Publish nightly builds to specific target audiences, create a staging area, or provide early access to the components you build to a specific set of your customers. Mirror, pin and retain specific package versions to ensure package restore doesn't break for the branches you are working on.

Whether consumed within your organization or by anyone you provide access to outside, you control distribution of your software artifacts. MyGet ensures your packages and feeds are available to your users 24/7 anywhere in the world.

MyGet promises on delivering a smooth package management experience which will help you in reducing developer friction, both as a consumer as well as a producer of software, and in facilitating your release process or ongoing development of shared components.

MyGet's customers include numerous Fortune 500 companies, SMB's, academic institutions, open source projects and non-profit organizations.

Configure Visual Studio Team Services as a MyGet upstream package source

If you already are leveraging Visual Studio Team Services Builds to produce your software components, you can configure the build definition as an upstream package source in MyGet. Take packages built by Visual Studio Team Services and include them automatically in your private or public feeds. Packages are automatically updated when your build succeeds.
