Bamboo is a continuous integration and delivery tool that ties automated builds, tests and releases together in a single workflow. With this integration you will be able to trigger builds after code commits and deployments after a build has completed.
Get Started

Software teams in every industry are upgrading their continuous delivery pipeline with Bamboo. Easy build import from popular open source tools, user and group import from JIRA, seamless integration with Bitbucket, and native support for Git, Hg, and SVN means you'll be building and deploying like a champ.

Integrates with Visual Studio Team Services

If you use Bamboo to build your apps, you can store your code in Visual Studio Team Services and continue to use Bamboo for your continuous integration builds. You can trigger a Bamboo build when you push code to your team project's Git repository, when you check code in to Team Foundation version control, or when a Visual Studio Team Services build finishes.

Quick steps to get started

Integrating Atlassian Bamboo and Visual Studio Team Services is a simple process. Just follow these steps to enable the products to connect.

  1. If you have not already install a Bamboo server or make use of their service offering
  2. Setup a Bamboo Build Plan
  3. Go to your team project's admin area, select Service Hooks, and create a Bamboo service hook subscription
  4. Select Code pushed as the event and choose your repository
  5. Provide the URL and username/password for your Bamboo service
