Link Locker

This extension locks the ability to add child links when the work item is in "Done" / "Removed" state. This extension will also prevent you from setting a parent that is in "Done" / "Removed" state.

when configuring the extension there is a switch to disable check of the states on the workitem you opened, so that the extension will only prevent setting a parent that is "Done" / "Removed".
