Team Calendar Pro: days off, sprints and events for Azure BoardsTeam Calendar Pro shows a team's sprints, days off and events on one calendar under Boards > Team Calendar. Days off are saved in sprint capacity, so the capacity page, the sprint burndown and the calendar always agree. Days off that land in sprint capacityAdd a day off for one person or for the whole team. Team Calendar Pro writes it to Azure DevOps sprint capacity: the team's days off, or the person's days off in their capacity row. A range that crosses two sprints is split between them. The dialog shows the working days and the sprint each part goes into before saving. Days off that fall outside every sprint (for example, a holiday booked before next quarter's sprints exist) are kept and marked "waiting for a sprint". One click on Push to sprint capacity moves them in once the sprint is created. Entra ID groups expanded to peopleTeams often add an Entra ID (Azure AD) group or an Azure DevOps group as a member. Team Calendar Pro opens those groups, including nested groups, and lists the people in them, so anyone in the group can have days off on the calendar. Build service accounts are left out. Month and week views
EventsAdd team events (releases, planning, trainings, holidays) with a category colour, a description and an optional repeat: weekly, monthly or yearly, every n weeks, months or years, with an optional end date. Events are stored in your organization's Extension Data Service. Export to Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple CalendarDownload the calendar as an .ics file with sprints, days off and events for any date range, or the days off as CSV. Import from Microsoft's Team CalendarImport reads the custom events of Microsoft's Team Calendar extension for the selected team and copies them in. Running it twice does not create duplicates. Days off need no import, because both extensions read them from sprint capacity. If the old extension's storage cannot be read from the browser, a PowerShell script on the help page exports the events to a file that the same dialog imports. Your data stays in Azure DevOpsDays off are in sprint capacity and events are in the Extension Data Service of your organization. Team Calendar Pro has no server of its own and sends calendar data nowhere else. Permissions
