Getting Started

This is a project to get AE's going in the world of VB.net. This Template provides a starter project and creates all of the links that Applications Engineers will use. Additionally, it provides sample use code for less experienced AE's to learn from. Updates will be rolled out primarily through VSIX packages as a vehicle. We hope that you enjoy and are able to make use of this extension.

Creating a Visual Studio Project using the Extension

Prerequisites:

This extension creates a new template from the Start Menu.

Start Visual Studio 2015
From the Home Page or File Menu select New Project
The new template added with this extension will be found in Visual Basic -> Windows -> Hexagon

The pre-loaded code will extract data from PC-DMIS, then export to a new Excel file.

To run the project, press F5.
