HTML5Clinet

Visual Studio doesn't have by default HTML5 and javascript only template in web.

Fixed issues with VS2010 package by removing VS2010 support , will release another one for VS2010.

Install Vsix by clicking on Install  Go to InstalledTemplates, VisualC# HTMLClient

Once Project created , Set Default.html or any html page as Start Page
