RandomRefactoring

I just decided to write some refactorings so I think it's not what you need, but so far:

• Initialize from constructor refactoring (not ideal)
• Make IEnumerable/List and vice verse
• Moq.Mock It.IsAny() intellisence
• Move to outer scope (not ready)
