Getting Started

Install the Accessibility DevTools plugin for Visual Studio to run accessibility scans. You can use it to identify and fix accessibility issues as you develop your applications.

Quick Setup

  1. Log in to your BrowserStack account or signup if you don't have an account.
  2. Obtain your Username and Access Key from the Account & Profile Section on the dashboard.
  3. Open Visual Studio and go to Tools → Options → BrowserStack
  4. Enter your Username and Access Key
  5. Accessibility DevTools starts working.

Run Accessibility Scans

Open a supported code file in Visual Studio. As you write or edit code, accessibility issues are detected automatically and highlighted inline. Hover over highlighted code to view details, click on the 💡 icon dropdown and Fix with Copilot to receive AI-powered suggestions, and apply the fix directly in your editor.
