Fix cannot open msvcprtd.lib bug

adds a button under the tools heading that when pressed fixes the "cannot open file 'msvcprtd.lib'" bug in c++ visual studio projects by adding the correct path to the linker. WARNING you must have a cpp file selected eg double clicked on "ConsoleApplication8.cpp" then press the button. if you keep pressing the button once it works it will keep adding and might break something.

Instructions:

1. double click the main cpp file created when the project starts up 2.click the drop down menu called "Tools" along the top most row of options in the visual studio window
2. in the drop down menu there should be the option "Fix "cannot open file 'msvcprtd.lib' bug" press it
3. a dialogue should come up asking to reload the project as its setting have been changed press the correct button to reload all.
