Key Metrics at a Glance

• Throughput: How many items your team completes (7-day and 30-day views)
• Cycle Time: How long work actually takes from start to finish
• Typical Delivery Time: How long items usually take for your team (85th percentile - meaning 85% of items finish within this time)
• Aging Work: Items currently in progress with risk indicators

Installation

1. Go to your Azure DevOps organization settings
2. Navigate to Extensions > Browse marketplace
3. Search for "Honest Cheetah" or click Manage extensions > Upload new extension
4. Once installed, find "Honest Cheetah" in the Boards hub group

That's it. The extension works with your existing Azure DevOps setup - no additional configuration required to get started.

Configuration

The extension works out of the box with sensible defaults:

• Tracks "Product Backlog Item" work item types
• Uses 85th percentile for typical delivery time calculations
• Risk thresholds at 40% (yellow) and 70% (red) of your typical delivery time
