1. set Api.py as startup and run the solution to run db migration/seed
1. run test_api.py -> all api tests passed
1. set both project as startup ( api.py and test_api_wrapper.py) and run solution -> all wrapper test passed
1. run Swagger from service info page
1. Run Postman tests
