Wiki pages are stored as markdown files in code repositories. Both git and tfvc are supported. This makes the wiki:

• Leverage the power of code repositories such as history, diffing etc.

The integrated nature of the wiki allows for endless possibilities in dynamic content.

In this version you are already able to embed work items into pages. But there is a whole laundry list of integrations we are working on to embed content like:

• Code snippets pulled from your code base
