This template is to help developers primarily adapt the application bar by the devices screen size. At this moment, the template includes a top AppBar being displayed when in tablet/PC mode along the page header. It is also displayed when a larger screen phone is in horizontal orientation. The bottom AppBar with the system accent color will be displayed when on a phone. There are now options for the AppBar to stick or to be minimized when displaying the mobile AppBar. Update v1.1 -Added a 'stick when open' option -Added a display mode option for the mobile AppBar
