LibTorch Project

It's a Visual C++ project template for LibTorch developers.

For a version supporting Visual Studio 2022, get the LibTorch Project (64-bit) here.

It helps developers to set all necessary include directories, dependent libs and link options.
Now, it supports all pytorch official versions since PyTorch1.8
Users don't need to run CMake to generate visual C++ project for LibTorch any more.
Users need to download the LibTorch builds from https://pytorch.org/ and install CUDA drivers for development with GPU.
