Copy Qualified Name for Visual Studio

Copies qualified name of the code element in the text caret position.
Supported languages:* C#* C++* VB
Intellisense is not required for this feature, it will still work if it was disabled.

Similar to what Copy Qualified name function in Eclipse does. 

It is an open source tool, so join & help to improve this product.

This is 0.1 version, initial release with no fancy logic.
