Tracy Tracking Toolbar

This is handy toolbar for programmers, Visual Studio Programmers and VS Code also, It also can be useful for no programmers users.

If you as a programmer have a value that changes frequently - you can write it to the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tracy\TrackingValue key (REG_DWORD) and the toolbar will present that value in the taskbar with a timer of 0.1 sec iteration.

The value can be any important data you need to view on top of the screen. Currently tested for Windows 10 Only.

Programmers also can use it to debug certain value in their software flow or present a value to their software users.
