TitanHTML templates

This extension provides solution, project and item templates for TitanHTML framework.
TitanHTML framework is a free, usercontrol-based, angular-style frontend framework using virtual DOM, featuring easy view-creation using templates and takes advantage of Visual Studio intellisense. Solution template also included to make a few-step runnable application creation. TitanHTML nuget package is also required to build and run the fronted. Included backend is built upon UoW pattern and also covers basic WebSocket functionalities.
