Starcounter Extended Templates

Extends the availible project templates for Starcounter projects.

This extension provides a basic sample app template with basic project structure to easier get started developing Starcounter applications. This template provides a working application where a developer can build on and augment and reduce the time needed to get started with a new Starcounter project.

More templates might be included in the future if requested.
