Create an empty ASP.NET Website Project (or an empty ASP.NET MVC Project) then install the above nuget package.

This is the NarraSparkMVC Plugin project template for the NarraSparkMVC micro-framework. NarraSparkMVC is a lightweight, plugin-based HMVC framework that runs on top of ASP.NET MVC 4.0. This extension would add a NarraSparkMVC plugin template to the New Project dialog of Visual Studio. You will find the template under C# > NarraSpark
