Setup Guide:

1. Add tool window:
   
   1. Press View tab
   2. Open "Other windows"
   3. Select the "Startup Tool Window"

1. Add combo box:
   
   1. Open the Tools menu.
      
   2. Press the "Customize" option.
      
   3. Move to commands.
      
   4. Choose "Toolbar"
      
   5. Scroll down to "StartupManager" (it would be a really long scroll).
      
      
   6. Press the "Add Command" button
      
      
      

How to save a new configuration:

1. Saving current configuration to startup manager:
   
   1. Setup the configuration using visual studio normal startup project configuration.
      
   2. Add a name in the "Name" text box.
      
   3. Save current - will save a new configuration with the selected name.
                                 The configuration will hold the current startup project configuration of the solution.
      
      
2. Configure using startup manager:
   
   1. Press the "Edit Current" button.
      
   2. A window with all the projects listed in a grid will appear.
      
   3. Check the projects you want to be set as startup.
      
   4. Fill the "Configuration  Name" text box with a name for the configuration.
      
   5. Press the "Save" button to save the configuration.
      
   6. 
      

How to set a configuration:

1. Using the combo box
   
   1. change to the desired configuration name
      
      
2. Using "Startup Tool Window" -
   
   1. Find the "Saved Configurations" list.
      
   2. Find the desired configuration.
      
   3. Double click on the desired configuration.
      
      
3. Editing current configuration -
   1. Leave name textbox blank.
      
   2. Press the "Edit Current" button.
      
      
   3. Edit the startup projects as needed
      
   4. Press the save button (leave the "Configuration Name" empty or the configuration would be saved).
