Overview
The Progress® Telerik® Visual Studio Extensions for [Progress® Telerik® UI for ASP.NET AJAX is an integration package that will significantly boost your productivity when working with ASP.NET AJAX projects in Visual Studio. The Extensions enable you to work smarter with streamlined features and minimize the learning curve for new users.

Project Creation and Configuration Wizards
Create New Project in Visual Studio
The Create New Project add-on helps you quickly set up a new Telerik ASP.NET Web Forms project (website and web application) with the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls built-in. It handles and registers automatically the assemblies’ references, web.config modifications, and management of additional resources (scripts, skins, assemblies, and more).
- Launch the Visual Studio Create a new project wizard.
- Select Telerik Web Forms Application or Site (C# or VB.NET flavors).
- Provide a name for your project in the Configure your project Visual Studio option.
This will open the Create New Telerik Project wizard where you can pick the desired Telerik project template (Default, Responsive, or Web Mail).
