Export Extensions

For Visual Studio 2015 Update 1, please use this tool:  Export Extensions 2015.1

This extension provides an ability to package current list of Visual Studio Extensions into CMD file.

Later on, you can simply execute that cmd file to download and install the same list of extensions on a fresh installation and other machines.

1. Install Extension
2. Go to Tools->Export Extensions
3. Pick a name and location of the CMD script
4. Click 'Save'

The tool will start scanning installed extensions, check for the latest version in Visual Studio Gallery, get the url and save it into the script

On the new machine or after reinstall:

1. Run saved cmd script
2. Enjoy :)
