TICS Visual Studio Plugin

This plugin allows you to run TICS Analysis inside your Visual Studio IDE.

Features

• Run TICS analysis on the current file.
• Run TICS analysis on the current (active) project.
• Cancel current running analysis.
• Configure TICS Client.
• Install TICS Client.

Requirements

For installation:

• Make sure you have a full configuration URL for a running TICS Viewer.

For analysis:

• Make sure you have TICS installed on your machine.
• Make sure you have set TICS environment variable.
• Make sure you have added the path to TICS binaries to your system PATH variable.
  • TICS Build Server location
  • TICS Client location

Usage

Installation:

• Click the 'Install/Update TICS Wrapper' button in the toolbar.
• When asked, enter the TICS configuration URL.
• If required, download an authentication token from the viewer.
• TICS wrappers will be installed.

Analysis:

• Open a solution or project folder
• You will find the project buttons on the toolbar
