Add configurable action buttons to Azure DevOps work item forms. Each button runs one action against the current work item, so repetitive work item and test case bookkeeping takes one click.
Actions
New Work Item works with any process:
Action
What it does
New Work Item
Creates a work item of the configured type, optionally copying fields, links and attachments, and links it to the current item
The remaining actions were built for a specific testing process and expect its work item types and fields. They fail with an error if those don't exist in your project:

Backend API, Test Case
Setup
Install the extension in your organization or collection.
Open the inherited process for your work item type and add the Quality Assurance Buttons control to the form layout.
In the control options, enter the button names and the matching actions as comma-separated lists, in the same order.
Optional backend for "Generate Tests"
Every action except Generate Tests runs entirely in the browser against the Azure DevOps REST API, using the signed-in user's permissions.
Generate Tests calls a backend API that you host. To enable it, go to Collection / Organization Settings > Quality Assurance Buttons and set the backend API URL (it must be https://). When the button is pressed, the extension sends the work item ID and the signed-in user's Azure DevOps access token to that URL, so your backend can read the work item on the user's behalf. Nothing is sent anywhere if no URL is configured.
