Xamarin Extensions - Syncfusion®

The Syncfusion® Essential Studio® Xamarin extensions for Visual Studio allows you to create a Xamarin app using pre-built templates with Syncfusion® Xamarin components. They will greatly increase your productivity when creating Xamarin projects in Visual Studio. Furthermore, the extensions include a customized Visual Studio Toolbox which helps you use the Syncfusion® controls without coding in the Visual Studio designer. The Syncfusion® Xamarin Visual Studio extensions offer a bunch of advantages that assist you with working more astute with smoothed out features and are ideal for new users who can get going with predefined native Xamarin components.

Create a new Syncfusion® Xamarin app in Visual Studio

The Syncfusion Xamarin project template is a Visual Studio extension that uses a wizard to speed up the creation of Xamarin applications. The subsequent Xamarin project is framed, intelligible code that incorporates Syncfusion® Xamarin components. Once you've installed the Syncfusion® Xamarin Visual Studio extensions, you'll find project template under Extensions > Syncfusion > Essential Studio® for Xamarin, where you click Create New Syncfusion Project. You can also access the wizard from the project menu, where you'll find the Syncfusion C# Xamarin Application option. The next steps are to give your new project a name and a location, then click Create. You will then be taken to a screen where you select the desired Syncfusion Xamarin project preferences and Syncfusion® Xamarin components for your new Xamarin project.

Syncfusion® Toolbox

If you have a Xamarin application, incorporate the Syncfusion® toolbox to add Syncfusion® Xamarin components effortlessly in the appropriate place in the XAML design file. The toolbox configures with namespaces, styles, and NuGet references. It significantly reduces development time. Once you've installed the Syncfusion® Xamarin Visual Studio extensions, you'll find the toolbox by clicking Extensions > Syncfusion > Essential Studio® for Xamarin > Launch Toolbox. You will then be taken to a screen that lets you select Syncfusion® components to add to your Xamarin project. When you access the Xamarin.Forms designer page, the Syncfusion® controls will be enabled in the toolbox.
