Synack Integration

The Synack Integration app synchronizes exploitable vulnerability data from your Synack Platform account to Azure DevOps Boards. It creates a work item in Azure Project for each vulnerability and keeps the work item data up-to-date with the latest changes from Synack.

Features

One way synchronization from Synack to Azure. For each Azure project, you can select which Synack Assessments to synchronize. For each exploitable vulnerability from your Synack Platform account, a new work item is created in Azure.

Fields

The values of Synack fields are pushed to the Description field in the Azure work item. Multiple Synack fields are supported:

• Title
• Description
• Impact
• Category
• CVSS Score
• Recommended Fix
• Vulnerability Locations
• Assessment
• Steps to Reproduce

Statuses

On every synchronization cadence, the “state“ of Azure work items are updated according to the “status“ mapping configuration. If the status of a Synack vulnerability has changed, the state of the Azure work item will be changed accordingly on the next synchronization.

Comments

Synack Team Comments are synchronized. Comment attachments are also supported.
