Resco MobileCRM consists of cross-platform MobileCRM Apps and MobileCRM Studio—a developer platform that allows customization of the mobile apps that are used as extensions to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Resco MobileCRM Studio is fully integrated with the Microsoft Visual Studio environment and allows development of mobile applications working in the disconnected mode and capable of synchronizing local data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-demand. Back-Office Integration

The client application developed by Resco MobileCRM Studio works in disconnected mode and stores data in local database. Back-office integration is implemented by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Services.

Customization

Resco MobileCRM Studio is fully integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio plus back-office integration is achieved though Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, which means any customization is performed in a well-known development environment. Resco MobileCRM Studio consists of MobileCRM Tools and a MobileCRM Default Application serving as the basis of all customized mobile applications. It provides the most important Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules in three layers – Data, Synchronization and Presentation (UI). All layers are provided with C# source code. Resco MobileCRM Tools simplifies customization through advanced graphical Data and UI Designers and Resco MobileForms Toolkit – a suite of professional mobile components. Moreover, the resulting application can be branded as necessary.

Licensing

The main advantage of the solution is the licensing policy. It is based on developer seats and includes royalty-free distribution. Distribution of mobile applications developed by the Studio is free with no regard to the number of enterprise end-users and mobile devices. The re-branding capabilities allow the mobile application to be renamed under the client’s company name.
