Enable Key Vault Purge Protection

This tool allows you to enable purge protection on the given keyvault.

Using this control:

Parameters:

subscriptionName - Subscription name we wish to change the keyvault purge protection flag.

resourceGroupName - Name of the resource group the keyvault resides in.

keyVaultName - Name of the keyvault we wish to enable the purge protection on.
