UniURL Extension
Overview
The UniURL Extension generates clickable URLs from Project Type, Sub Project Type, and Unique IDs inside Azure DevOps User Stories.

How to Use
- Open a User Story in Azure DevOps
- Enter values in:
- Project Type
- Sub Project Type
- Unique IDs (comma-separated or line-by-line)
- Click the "Gen. URLs" button
- Generated URLs will appear in the Custom.UniqueURL field
Supported Project Types
- BIQ: Quality issue reports
- CPI: Customer problem investigation
- DEVIATION: Quality deviation reports
- GM: General management
- NPI: New product introduction
Requirements
- Azure DevOps work item with Custom.ProjectType and Custom.UniqueId fields
- Valid Unique IDs (alphanumeric, max 10 characters)
- Network access to external URL generation services
Installation
Install the extension from the Azure DevOps marketplace or upload the .vsix file directly to your organization.
