PureDevTabs allows you to bind tab group operations to keyboard shortcuts. You can move the focus between tab groups and move windows between tab groups, all without reaching for the mouse. To find to a keyboard shortcut, go to the Tools menu -> Options -> Keyboard and enter PureDev into the search box. For example, bind Alt-Left, Alt-Right to move focus left/right, and Ctrl-Alt-Left, Ctrl-Alt-Right to move windows.
