File Encoding Margin

Ever wanted to change the encoding of the current file you are editing? The current process requires you to click on File menu then Save As and select the encoding from the almost hidden down arrow on the Save button near the bottom right and again confirm to overwrite the file. With this extension, you can change the encoding right from the editor near the bottom right corner.
