C# generator from Lydia source files

Lydia source files use a custom DSL to describe entities, commands and events.

This tool produces C# code to represent these data constructs.

The Lydia project itself is not yet available as Open Source, so for now this tool is intended for the contributors to the Lydia project and is not of general interest to other developers.
