Adding new project template to Visual Studio 2015 for creating Universal Windows apps in C#

• Mvvm SplitView App, a mvvm light multi-page app project with adaptive split view layout

Once installed the project templates are available in the New Project dialog under Templates\Visual C#.

.NET 4.6 is required.
