HelpRegister - Help 2.0 Registration Tool

Introduction

The Microsoft Help 2.0 files must be registered on the target computer before it can be viewed. Officially, Microsoft provides and supports Help 2.0 registration by Windows Installer, which may not be the solution for most users, especially during development.

HelpRegister

The HelpRegister is a free and open source tool, written for the .NET developer in C#, and providing all the features required in the Microsoft Help 2.0 registration.
It is a Windows Forms application, but runs in the console mode by default.
It is easy to use, and uses a simple and well-documented XML configuration file for the registration.
