Work Item Sentiment Extension

This extension adds a button to work items that opens a modal dialog. In this dialog:

• You can select a 'sentiment' from a dropdown that maps to the work item's existing "Sentiment" field.
• You can write a description in a textarea that maps to the "Sentiment Description" field.
• Clicking the 'Save' button updates the work item with the new sentiment and description.
