The Nokia Continuous Delivery (NCD)

NCD is a modular CI/CD solution for Nokia applications, delivering software in a secure, automated fashion while providing end-to-end automation for deployment, acceptance testing, and promotion of those applications in a customer network. NCD is designed around industry standards and provides the closed loop automation to manage the complexity of CI/CD for cloud-native network services

The NCD Complete-Test Pipeline

The NCD Complete-Test pipeline initiates the deployment and the test workspace setup actvities, executes tests in an externally registered test harness and display a summary report. The pipeline consists of two main components: the 'Test Setup' and the 'Test Execution'.

The TestSetup

The TestSetup initiates the deployment and the test workspace setup if no test workspace is available for an exernally registered Test Harness.

The TestSetup takes the below "mandatory" input parameters:

 The Test Harness ID
 The Test Path
 The TPD File name 
 The Network Service name

The "optional" input parameters for TestSetup are as below:

 The Product name
 The Product variant
 The Product version
