Output enhancer

Output enhancer is extension that add styling to Visual Studio output window.

For now it supports coloring for build/build order output:
— Build/rebuild result messages
— Publish result messages
— Compiler errors and warnings
— npm and bower errors and warnings

Debug output:
— Trace warning and error messages
— "Exception thrown" messages
