Twitch plugin pack

This 'plugin' is just a basic browser window that let's you pin twitch.tv chat inside your visual studio IDE.
Made it for myslef since i use laptop to stream my programming sessions, but maybe someone else would like this "feature"... I basically saved someone writing like... 20 lines of code :D

I'll update this plugin to have some more features.

Currently i'm working on dahsboard manager, which will allow you to change the broadcast title, language and all the stuff that are available in your dashboard.
