Lightweight Solution Load Details

Shows the details of a solution that has been opened in Lightweight mode.

In Lightweight Solution Load mode, projects in a solution are not loaded unless there is an explicit need to do so.

This extension uses public APIs to get details about the project and solution when loaded in LSL mode.

It shows an '*' as a suffix on project nodes that are not loaded.

It also creates an output window pane and writes the full paths of the deferred and non-deferred projects.
