With SHotkey you can search shortcut for the specific command or find command which one is associated with this shortcut. 
When you want change shortcut for the specific command in visual studio. Visual studio doesn't inform that this shortcut was associated with another command. So, with this tool you can check if your shortcut is used or not.

Tools-> Search shortcut (CTRL+T,K) Searching window
