Get Started

The Silverlight Outlook Bar is a member of the Mindscape Silverlight Elements control suite. This control provides the familiar look and feel of the tab system used by Microsoft Office Outlook. The number of tabs being displayed can be changed by using the thumb control found above the tabs. The tray at the bottom of the control displays smaller versions of the tabs that have been collapsed by the user. When a tab is selected, its content gets displayed in the area above the tabs.

Key features include:

  • The content of the tab buttons can be images, text or any thing that you want.
  • Events allow you to listen to when a tab becomes selected.
  • The number of visible tabs can be changed programmatically.
  • Includes 5 standard themes to get you started: Office Blue, Office Silver, Office Black, Alloy (Expression) & Alloy Light.

Silverlight Outlook Bar:

Silverlight Elements also includes a Color Picker, Cover Flow, Scheduler, Slider and Dual Slider, Expander, HTML Editor, Menu, Multicolum Tree View, Progress Bar, Split Button, Time Picker and Time Span Picker.
