MyHistory for Visual Studio 2012

Update 3.0.0.0 - Enable deeper searching in Colleague History. Fix event handler in Colleague History. Consolidate code to a single codebase for VS2012/VS2013.

Update 2.11.0.0 - Enable Colleague History. Switch to using Pages for content.

Update 1.11.9.0 - Replace TextBox in Summary View with a LabeledTextBox for better functionality and theme support. Thanks to Massimiliano Donini. All section titles in summary section now link to full views. Remove Projects and Solutions from Summary View. Bring back a bit more data in the summary view. Only show MyHistory when connected to a Team Project.

Update 1.11.8.0 - Re-write of Summary View. Adds ability to view another user's history
