ReSharper Format On Save

Automatically invokes ReSharper format when you save the document.  

It can be turned off:

• Automatically for large files (>2500) 
• When the user turns it off for all files, when working on projects that may not use the same formatting style, via Tools > ReSharper Format On Save

Based off code found in CodeMaid for 3rd party formatting needs.

Requires ReSharper 7.0 or above to be installed.
