The Puppet plugin for Visual Studio brings easy creation and management of Puppet modules. Using it you can quickly create new Puppet Modules, edit them with rich syntax highlighting. Create and save tarballs locally directly from Visual Studio or publish them to the Puppet Forge at https://forge.puppetlabs.com Installation is simple. Just download and install the Vsix which will then show up in your Extensions menu in Visual Studio. The File->New->Create->Project workflow will show you Puppet Labs as an option in Categories listed in the Project dialog. |
