Very simple extension that I worked with GPT-5 in a few hours to code and iron out. I was working on a project at work that involved migrating web applications to a repository system, and I kept finding ignored files that were mistakenly included in the project. VS doesn't have an easy way to track these, so this extension fixes that. To use, just click the new option that appears in the Tools menu and reload the project.
